Everything about how Candy Crawlers works, without the jargon. Numbers can be tuned before launch; this page always shows the current ones.
What it is
Candy Crawlers is a web game on Solana. You open crates to collect cute critters called Crawlers, send them to mine $WICK, and claim what they dig up. The twist: the longer you hold $WICK in your wallet, the harder your crew works, even if you only log in once a week.
$WICK and the Golden Split
$WICK is the game's token. There will only ever be 1,000,000,000 of them, and that number shrinks every time tokens are burned.
Every $WICK you spend in the game (crates, upgrades, vaults, energy refills, the Season Pass and market fees) is split the same way:
| Share | Goes to | What happens to it |
|---|---|---|
| 65% | Mine Pot | Paid out to mining crews over time |
| 15% | Burn | Destroyed on-chain for good |
| 10% | Holder Drop | Shared among holders every Sunday |
| 10% | Team | Servers, development and running the game |
Crawlers
There are 57 Crawlers to collect: 12 families of four (one of each common rarity), plus 6 Giga and 3 Genesis one-offs. Each has a power level, which decides its share of the mine, and an energy bar, which runs down while it works.
| Rarity | Crate chance | Power | Max energy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normie | 50% | 1 | 150 |
| Degen | 30% | 3 | 250 |
| Chad | 14% | 6 | 400 |
| Whale | 4.5% | 10 | 550 |
| Giga | 1.2% | 22 | 700 |
| Genesis | 0.3% | 35 | 900 |
Collect all four members of a family and keep them unlisted to give all four +10% power.
Crates
- A crate costs 100,000 $WICK, and never more than US$5. If the price of $WICK goes up, crates cost fewer tokens.
- Buy 1, 5 or 10 at a time. Every crate holds one Crawler.
- Pity: after 25 crates in a row without a Whale or better, the next one is guaranteed to be Whale or better.
- Diamond Hands holders get Whale, Giga and Genesis chances 1.25x higher.
- Crate keys open a crate for free. Crawlers from keys can't be sold on the market for their first 14 days.
The Mine
The Mine Pot starts with 20,000,000 $WICK from the treasury and grows with every purchase. Each day it releases 3% of what's in it, a little every minute, shared among every Crawler that's mining, by power.
- Your crew can have up to 15 Crawlers mining at once.
- Your share depends on power: the Crawler's level, any family set bonus, and your Diamond Hands multiplier.
- Mining uses energy. At zero a Crawler falls asleep and slowly recovers.
- The game shows a live "$WICK per 100 power per day" so you can see what the mine is paying right now.
Cold Storage
Vaults let tired Crawlers recover energy much faster than napping. There's a limited number of each, and they can be traded.
| Vault | Slots | Energy per minute | Supply | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paper Wallet | 4 | 2 | 2,500 | 3,000,000 $WICK (max US$150) |
| Steel Plate | 6 | 5 | 1,200 | 6,000,000 $WICK (max US$300) |
| Hardware Vault | 8 | 8 | 600 | 10,000,000 $WICK (max US$500) |
| Multisig Bunker | 12 | 12 | 200 | 15,000,000 $WICK (max US$750) |
| Deep Cold | 15 | 17 | 100 | 20,000,000 $WICK (max US$1,000) |
Once a day per Crawler you can also pay to refill its energy straight away. The price scales with rarity, from 5% of a crate for a Normie to 50% for a Genesis.
Upgrades and Dust
Whale, Giga and Genesis Crawlers can level up to level 5. Each level burns one copy, some Dust and a $WICK fee.
- Whale: any other Whale counts as the copy.
- Giga: any other Giga counts.
- Genesis: any other Giga or Genesis counts.
- Dust comes from dissolving Normies (1), Degens (2) and Chads (4).
| Rarity | Lv 1 | Lv 2 | Lv 3 | Lv 4 | Lv 5 | Dust, Lv 1 to 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Whale | 10 | 26 | 46 | 70 | 100 | 28 |
| Giga | 22 | 50 | 84 | 120 | 160 | 56 |
| Genesis | 35 | 75 | 115 | 155 | 200 | 900 |
The fee for Whale and Giga upgrades is 20%, 40%, 70% and 100% of a crate for levels 2 to 5. Genesis upgrades cost 20, 40, 60 and 80 crates' worth. On average, taking a Crawler from level 1 to 5 costs about 90 crates for a Whale, 300 for a Giga and 1,000 for a Genesis.
Diamond Hands
Your hold streak is the heart of the game. We check every signed-in wallet's $WICK balance once an hour.
- Your streak starts the first time your wallet holds at least US$100 of $WICK. That amount is locked in tokens when it starts, so a price drop alone won't stop it.
- Buying more never resets it. Spending $WICK in the game never resets it either.
- It resets if your balance drops below 95% of what you started with (after counting what you've spent in the game).
- If you dip below your locked minimum, the streak pauses: you keep your days but earn no bonus until you're back above it.
| Tier | Streak | Mining power | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paper Hands | 0–2 days | 1.00x | None yet |
| Bronze Hands | 3–6 days | 1.15x | Holder Drop share, ranked Rug Runner |
| Silver Hands | 7–13 days | 1.30x | 1 free crate key a week |
| Gold Hands | 14–29 days | 1.50x | Season Pass 25% off |
| Diamond Hands | 30–59 days | 1.75x | Better rare crate odds, Season Pass 50% off |
| Laser Eyes | 60+ days | 2.00x | Animated frame, leaderboard badge |
The weekly free key goes to Silver Hands and up who have bought at least one crate.
Holder Drop
Every Sunday at 00:00 UTC, the Holder Drop pot is shared among Bronze Hands and up. Your share depends on the lowest balance you held during the week (counted up to 5,000,000 $WICK) times your tier's multiplier. It lands in your claimable balance.
Rug Runner
An endless runner across a scrolling candlestick chart: jump red dump candles, dodge falling rugs and grab green candles. Power-ups include the Diamond Shield (takes one hit), Laser Eyes (pulls in candles) and Moon Boots (double jump).
- Practice is free for everyone, no wallet needed.
- Ranked runs need Bronze Hands and cost 50 energy from one of your Crawlers. Giga and Genesis runners start with an extra shield.
- Every ranked score is replayed on our server before it counts. Suspiciously perfect runs are reviewed before prizes are paid.
| Weekly rank | Prize |
|---|---|
| #1 | 5 crate keys |
| #2–3 | 3 crate keys |
| #4–10 | 1 crate key |
| #11–50 | 20 Dust |
Season Pass and quests
Seasons last 30 days with 30 levels. You earn XP by opening crates (60), ranked runs (80, up to 3 a day), visiting (30), claiming (40) and daily quests (50 each), up to 400 XP a day.
- Free track: Dust and key shards (10 shards make a key) for players who have bought at least one crate.
- Premium track (US$15 in $WICK, with holder discounts): 4 extra keys, a guaranteed Chad at level 10, a guaranteed Whale at level 30, energy potions and more Dust.
- Three daily quests rotate every day, and at least two of them never cost $WICK.
Market
List Crawlers and Cold Storage vaults for $WICK (minimum 1,000). The buyer pays the listed price; the seller receives it minus an 8% fee, which follows the Golden Split. Listed Crawlers don't mine.
Referrals
Share your link. For every 10 crates bought by friends who joined through it, you get a crate key. Friends only count once they reach Bronze Hands, and you can earn up to 5 referral keys a week.
Claiming
- Claim once you have at least 1,000 $WICK. Each claim has a 0.01 SOL fee.
- Up to 10,000,000 $WICK per wallet per day, and 50,000,000 across the whole game. Anything over the limit waits for the next day; nothing is lost.
- If a payout fails, your balance stays exactly where it was.
Risks
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Signing in only asks you to sign a message.
- You get back at most what goes in. Across all players, the game can only pay out what comes in: 65% of spending through the mine, 10% through the Holder Drop, and the launch seed. Most players should expect to get back less than they spend.
- Holding earns more in the game. It is not an investment, and nothing here is financial advice.
- Token prices can fall to zero. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
- 18+ only, and only where playing is legal for you.
